It is with sadness to convey the news that Dr. Alberto G. Romualdez, Jr. passed away this afternoon,  18 October 2013 at the age of 73.

Dr Romualdez was the Inducting Officer for the first set of MAHLAP Officers in February 20, 1988. He has since became an ardent supporter of the organization's activities. His last "tour of duty" for MAHLAP was to give inspirational message to our members as our keynote speaker during the organization's  Silver Anniversary which was held last February 27, 2013 in Cebu City.

His body lies in state at Heritage Memorial Park Chapel 6, Taguig City. Mass and cremation  will be on Wednesday, 23 October 2013.

The MAHLAP family offers our prayers for the deceased and extend our sincere sympathies to the family of Dr Romualdez.
